Below are the services and supports that are offered.
However, just as an IEP/504 plan is individualized services and supports may need to be individualized as well.

*I cannot guarantee that even with my support/service everything will result in the favor of you, your family and your student. However I can guarantee that I will ensure that the law is upheld and that if additional support is needed I will help seek out additional support with you.
*Any additional services/support that is needed that is not included below (such as: communication with school staff, etc) will be billed to in 10 minute increments at $10 per every 10 minutes.
Payment for services will need to be made by cash, check and/or money order. Electronic payments through Zelle and/or Venmo can also be arranged.

Parents with students who receive Special Education services through an IEP or parents with students who receive accommodations and supports through a 504 Plan the process can be overwhelming.
Navigating the IEP or 504 process or even what you and your student are legally entitled to can be tough!

IEP Meeting Attendance
IEP meetings can be very overwhelming and emotional. Sometimes having another person who understands your wishes and your student is helpful. I will review your students IEP prior to the meeting providing you notes and concerns within the paperwork. I will then also attend your students IEP meeting.
*You will be billed for the IEP review ($85/hour), the length of the meeting ($50/hour) and mileage (0.20/mile after 15 miles).
Time: At minimum 1 hour which is the IEP Review, however the length of the meeting is dependent on type and discussion.

Price: $85 for the IEP Review, $50 per hour for the IEP meeting and $0.20 per mile after the first 15 miles.
*You will receive an invoice once the IEP meeting is scheduled which will need to be paid prior to the meeting.
IEP/504 Plan Review
Reviewing the IEP or 504 for your student to ensure that all legal obligations are met. I will edit and provide questions that you can then give back to the school team and advocate for to ensure that the IEP is legally defensible.
*While this service will take about an hour, pending your students needs this could take longer.
Time: approximately 1 hour

IEP Support Retainer
This will be an upfront payment for services needed which can range from review IEP paperwork to consulting with school staff to attending IEP meetings. Services provided will be deducted from the full amount until the amount is exhausted.
Time: Dependent upon individual needs.

Price: $300 used for services until exhausted
